When you take the blood line out it helps to get the hard taste out of the fish. The blood line is the dark red in the middle of the fish. I always remove the skin from my fish.

Ingredients For baked stuffed fish

  • 2
    pieces of fish cleaned and blood line out.
  • 4 Tbsp
    soft cream cheese
  • pinch
    cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    tarragon
  • 1/2 c
    crab meat
  • 2 eggs 1 tbsp mayo & 2 tbsp honey mixed well
  • 1 c
    seasoned flour
  • bread crumbs or panko
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make baked stuffed fish

  • 1
    Salt & pepper the fish slice the side for the stuffing, Take the crab,tarragon and cream cheese in micro for 30 seconds add the cayenne pepper mix well and stuff the disk. Dredge the stuffed Fish in flour then Chefs special egg wash then in the panko. Spray pam on the panko and place it in the oven at 350 degrease until it turns a light golden brown. I like a Bearnaise sauce on mine
