12 ozsea scallops

4 ozbutter, melted

1 ozsherry

1 cbread crumbs

"just a pinch" of salt

How To Make baked sea scallops

1Slice scallops in half and place in a buttered casserole dish.

2Season with salt and pepper.

3Combine butter, sherry and crumbs.

4Pour over scallops.

5Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
