Ingredients For baked salmon

1 lbsalmon filets

1 tsporegano
-
2garlic cloves, minced

"just a pinch" of pepper

1tomato, thinly sliced

1onion, thinly sliced

2 Tbspchopped parsley

1/4 cdry bread crumbs

1 Tbspvegetable oil
How To Make baked salmon
-
1Spray shallow baking pan with non-stick coating.

2Place fish in baking pan and sprinkle with oregano, garlic and pepper.

3Layer with tomato, onion and parsley.
-
4Mix bread crumbs with oil and sprinkle on top of filets.

5Bake at 450 for 8 to 10 minutes or just until fish flakes easily.
