Ingredients For baked salmon

  • 1 lb
    salmon filets
  • 1 tsp
    oregano
  • 2
    garlic cloves, minced
  • "just a pinch" of pepper
  • 1
    tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1
    onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped parsley
  • 1/4 c
    dry bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp
    vegetable oil

How To Make baked salmon

  • 1
    Spray shallow baking pan with non-stick coating.
  • 2
    Place fish in baking pan and sprinkle with oregano, garlic and pepper.
  • 3
    Layer with tomato, onion and parsley.
  • 4
    Mix bread crumbs with oil and sprinkle on top of filets.
  • 5
    Bake at 450 for 8 to 10 minutes or just until fish flakes easily.
