3 Tbspwhole grain or dijon mustard

1 1/2 Tbsphoney

1/4 cdry bread crumbs - panko or unseasoned breadcrumbs

1/4 cwalnuts, finely chopped

4 tspfresh parsley, minced

freshly ground black pepper & salt to taste

How To Make baked salmon with honey-walnut topping

1Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a shallow roasting pan with parchment paper and cooking spray.

2In a small bowl, combine melted butter, mustard, and honey - set aside. In a separate bowl, mix bread crumbs, nuts and parsley.

3Place salmon filets in pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brush honey mixture generously over the tops and sides of each fillet. Sprinkle tops with crumb mixture - pressing into sides and top gently.

4Baked 12-15 minutes - watch carefully.
