cooking spray (to coat baking sheet)

1 cupsour cream (lowfat or regular)

2 tspdried dill

3 Tbspgreen onion (scallions), finely chopped

2 Tbspdijon mustard
-
2 Tbsplemon juice

1 1/2 lbsalmon fillets with skin

1 to 2 tspgarlic powder

2 tspblack pepper

1 lglemon, cut into 6 wedges (for garnish)
How To Make baked salmon dijon

1Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly oil a baking sheet with cooking spray.

2Whisk sour cream, dill, onion, mustard, and lemon juice in small bowl to blend.

3Place salmon, skin side down, on oiled baking sheet. Sprinkle top of salmon with garlic powder and pepper, then spread with the creamy sauce.

4Place baking sheet in oven, and bake for 20 minutes or until salmon is opaque in center. If desired, spoon some of the pan juices over each serving. Garnish each serving with a lemon wedge, and serve immediately.
