This is my favorite recipe because the fish is creamy and moist, but you still have a little crunch from the croutons. My daughter loves it. She would never eat fish without it being fried but loves this recipe.

Ingredients For baked ranch walleye

  • 1 lg
    baking dish or pan
  • 4 lg
    walleye fillets
  • 1 c
    ranch dressing
  • 1 bag
    seasoned croutons

How To Make baked ranch walleye

    Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease or use baking spray to the baking dish/pan.

    Generously spread the ranch dressing on all fillets. Generously put crushed croutons on top of the ranch dressing. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Make sure the fish flakes apart easily in thickest part of fillet.

    Let sit for 1 minute. Serve and Enjoy!
