Ingredients For baked parmesan fillets

  • 1 c
    cornflake crumbs
  • 3/4 c
    (3oz) grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 lb
    fish fillets
  • 2 lg
    eggs..slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk

How To Make baked parmesan fillets

  • 1
    Combine crumbs,cheese & salt. Combine eggs and milk. Dip fillets in egg mixture then coat with crumb mixture. Place in a greased 13"x9" baking pan.

    Bake at 450 in a preheated oven for 20 minutes,or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
