Ingredients For baked lemon haddock

    haddock fillets
  • 1/4 c
    seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c
    butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    dried parsley flakes

How To Make baked lemon haddock

    Cut fish into serving size pieces
  • 2
    Place in a greased 11x7x2 baking dish

    Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over fish

    Bake at 350 for 25 mins or until fish flakes easily with a fork
