48-ounce halibut steaks

3/4 cchicken broth

3 Tbspbutter, melted

1 clovegarlic, minced

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tspdried marjoram

1/8 tspblack pepper

1lemon, thinly sliced

2 tspfresh parsley, chopped
- SOUR CREAM-DILL SAUCE

8 ozsour cream
-
1 Tbspwhite wine vinegar
-
1 tspcelery salt
-
1 tspdried dillweed

1/2 tspsugar
How To Make baked halibut with sour cream-dill sauce

1For the fish: Place steaks in an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Pour broth over the steaks; drizzle with butter.

2Sprinkle with the garlic, salt, marjoram, and pepper. Top with the lemon slices. Sprinkle with parsley.

3Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve with the sauce.

4For the sauce, combine all ingredients. Chill.
