This is one of Paula Deen's recipes from her magazine. It calls for Dijon Mustard, but my family doesn't like it, so I leave it out.

Ingredients For baked fish sticks

1/2 cbutter, melted

1 Tbspdijon mustard

1 ccrushed round buttery crackers, (i use ritz)

1/2 cparmesan cheese, grated

1/4 tspsalt

1 1/2 lbtiapia fillets, cut into 3-inch fingers
How To Make baked fish sticks

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2In a shallow dish, combine melted butter and mustard.

3In a separate shallow dish, combine crushed crackers, cheese, and salt.

4Coat tilapia in butter mixture; dredge in cracker mixture. Place on prepared baking sheet, and bake for 6 minutes. Turn fish stick, and bake for 6 minutes longer, or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
