    butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp
    paprika
  • 3 Tbsp
    white wine, dry

    Salt and pepper filets.

    Put butter in shallow baking dish in hot oven 400-500 degrees, until browned.
