    cod filets
  • "just a pinch" of salt
  • "just a pinch" of pepper
  • 1 tsp
    sage
  • 1/2 c
    swiss cheese, grated
  • 1 c
    sour cream

How To Make baked cod with cheese

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Wash and dry codfish.

    Sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper and sage.

    Place in greased shallow baking dish.

    Sprinkle cheese on top and cover with sour cream.
