How To Make baked bass with erin sauce

1Preheat oven to 375^. Wipe fish well with damp paper towels. Place in a large,non-corrosive shallow baking pan. a glass dish is the best.

2Pour vinegar over fish; add salt and spices sprinkled over top. Bake, covered with foil, about 40 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
