This is an authentic asian recipe from a friend of mine. This is by far my favorite salmon dish. Yum!

Ingredients For asian salmon with rice

4salmon portions

2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

2 Tbsprice vinegar
-
2 Tbspsoy sauce
-
1 Tbspbrown sugar, light

2 cloveminced garlic
-
1 pinchblack pepper
-
2 Tbspminced onion
-
1 Tbspsesame oil
- FOR RICE
-
2 crice, long grain
-
Tbspdill weed
-
4 cwater
How To Make asian salmon with rice

1Whisk all of the ingredients for the marinade together. Cut several small slashes in each salmon portion.

2Place the salmon in a baking dish. Pour the marinade over the salmon. Cover with saran wrap and refridgerate for 1-2 hours.

3Bake salmon (uncovered) at 350 degrees for 30 mins.

4While the salmon is cooking, make the rice according to package directions and add the dill at the same time you add the rice to the boiling water.

5Serve salmon over rice and pour any left over marinade from the baking dish on top.
