2 Tbspeach brown sugar, soy sauce, and mirin

How To Make asian glazed salmon fillets

1Heat the oven 350 degrees. For the glaze combine all the ingredients except water and cornstarch and bring to a boil. Mix the cornstarch and water together and whisk into the glaze. Turn the heat down and cook 2 minutes to thicken a bit.

2for the salmon Combine the brown sugar, salt and cornstarch. Press the sugar rub into the flesh side of the fish until it sticks. Heat a large nonstick skillet and place the fish flesh side down and cook 3 minutes.

3Flip the salmon to the skin side and pour the glaze over the flesh side. place in oven and cook 6 to 8 minutes depending on how thick the fish is.
