Ingredients For almond crusted tilapia

1 calmonds, sliced and divided

1/4 call purpose flour

4(6 ounces each) tilapia filets

1/2 tspsalt

2 Tbspbutter, cold

2 Tbspolive oil
How To Make almond crusted tilapia

1Process ½ cup almonds in a food processor until finely chopped, and combine with ¼ cup flour in a shallow bowl.

2Sprinkle fish with salt, dredge in almond mixture.

3Melt butter with olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add fish and cook 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown, remove fillets to serving plate.

4Add remaining ½ cup almonds to skillet and cook stirring often for 1 minute or golden brown. Remove and sprinkle almonds on fish.
