Being from Hawaii I love any kind & all sea food. I mostly love fish. I love it fried, baked & raw. This recipe is best served cold & raw. So good I can eat this all day long.

Ingredients For ahi poke

2 lbfresh ahi tuna "blue fin tuna" cubed

1 smonion , thinly sliced

3-4green onions , sliced

1/2 tspginger fresh & minced

1 tsphawaiian sea salt "rock salt"

1/2 tspred pepper flakes, crushed

shoyu "soy sauce" to taste
How To Make ahi poke

1Frist cut Ahi into bite size cubes & place in a medium bowl.

2Next add in the other ingredients.

3Then refrigerate for a couple hours.
