Being from Hawaii I love any kind & all sea food. I mostly love fish. I love it fried, baked & raw. This recipe is best served cold & raw. So good I can eat this all day long.

Ingredients For ahi poke

  • 2 lb
    fresh ahi tuna "blue fin tuna" cubed
  • 1 sm
    onion , thinly sliced
  • 3-4
    green onions , sliced
  • 1/2 tsp
    ginger fresh & minced
  • 1 tsp
    hawaiian sea salt "rock salt"
  • 1/2 tsp
    red pepper flakes, crushed
  • shoyu "soy sauce" to taste

How To Make ahi poke

    Frist cut Ahi into bite size cubes & place in a medium bowl.

    Next add in the other ingredients.

    Then refrigerate for a couple hours.
