1 lbsashimi grade ahi tuna

4scallions sliced thin

1/4 tsphawaiian alaea red sea salt

2 Tbspsoy sauce

1 tspdried ogo seaweed rehydrated and coarse chopped

1 tsptoasted sesame oil

1/2 tspdried chili flakes

1 tspsesame seeds
How To Make ahi poke'

1cut tuna into 3/8" cubes

2add all other ingredients and mix well
-
3refrigerate for at least 1 hour, taste and adjust seasoning with soy, salt, sesame oil, and chili to your liking.
