I believe this is around 3 or 4 points. I added some Mrs. Dash seasonings. My family didn't know it was Weight Watchers.

Ingredients For ww chicken stroganoff

1 Tbspoil plus 1 teaspoon divided

1 to 1 1/2boneless skinless chicken breasts, slice into 1/2 in. pieces

2 cmushrooms sliced (use fresh)

1 conion sliced

1 cchicken brother low sodium

2 tspflour
-
3 Tbspfat free sour cream i used a couple more tablespoons to make it creamier

1 tspred wine vinegar
-
1 tspdijon mustard

additional seasoning you prefer
How To Make ww chicken stroganoff

1In a skillet, heat 2 tsp. oil and add chicken. Cook over medium-high heat until brown. Remove chicken and set aside.

2In same skillet, heat remaining oil, I only needed to add about 1 tsp., and add mushroom and onion. Cook until onions are golden brown, liquid should be evaporated.

3In a bowl, whisk flour and broth until flour is dissolved. Add to skillet with onions and mushrooms. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce heat and simmer about 10 mins. or until slightly thickened.

4Stir in chicken, this is when I added my preferred seasonsing. I used Mrs. Dash italian blend but use what you like! Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, red wine vinegar and mustard.
