Received a Nuwave Oven and came up with combining different ideas.

Ingredients For wing rub

  • 2 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder

How To Make wing rub

    Sprinkle on wings and rub in

    Rub with oil and bake

    baked about 25 minutes in my Nuwave on high from frozen - 4 inch rack - turned about half way through until crispy and yummy looking
