This is from the restaurant, Green Mill, and is my favorite dish there. I have been looking for the recipe for quite a while, and just found it, so I haven't even tried it myself yet. Please let me know what you think!

Ingredients For wild mushroom and chicken penne

14 ozcooked penne pasta
-
4+ ozportabella mushrooms, sliced

8 ozgarlic cream sauce
-
4 ozmarsala wine
-
10 ozmarinated chicken
-
2 tsp80/20 oil blend
-
2+ tspjamaican jerk seasoning
-
2 tspchopped parsley
-
2 Tbsptomato bruschetta mix

2 Tbspparmesan cheese, shredded

salt & pepper
How To Make wild mushroom and chicken penne

1Heat oil in saute pan. Add chicken and Jamaican jerk seasoning to pan and saute until firm (4 minutes).

2Add mushrooms and saute until tender.

3Deglaze the pan with the Marsala. Add the garlic cream sauce and salt & pepper. Mix well. Toss in the cooked penne noodles.

4Garnish with parmesan, bruschetta and parsley.
