This is a delicious version of White Bean chili. Very flavorful and the cream cheese gives it a creamier texture. One of my favorite fall recipes. Goes great with either cornbread or tortilla chips. Hope you like it!

Slow Cooker Crock Pot
Ingredients For white bean chicken chili

4 cshredded white chicken, cooked

1 lbgreat northern beans, dry

2 canchicken broth, non-fat
-
7 ozcan diced green chilis
-
1 canwhite shoepeg corn
-
1 mdonion,diced
-
8 ozcream cheese, low-fat, softened
-
2 Tbspgarlic powder
-
1 Tbsporegano, dried
-
2 tspground cumin
-
1 tspwhite pepper
-
1/2 tspblack pepper
- GARNISH
-
sour cream, lite
-
monterey jack cheese
-
cilantro, fresh
How To Make white bean chicken chili

1Cover beans with water in crockpot. Soak over night. When ready to cook, drain and rinse beans. Return to crockpot.

2Add broth, onion, chilis, corn, and seasoning plus enough water just enough to cover beans. (More may be added later if needed during cooking process.)

3Cook in crockpot on high approx 6 hours or until beans are tender. Reduce heat and dollop softened cream cheese into soup. Stir until melted and mixed through.

4Serve and garnish with sour cream, shredded jack cheese, and/or cilantro(opt). If desired, top with tortilla chips
