Heard this recipe on the radio many years ago and have used it hundreds of times. Whiskey tenderizes the meat, oil keeps it moist and soy sauce adds flavor. Use it on beef, poultry or pork.

1/3 cwhiskey

1/3 coil, olive or canola

1/3 csoy sauce
How To Make whiskey marinade

1Whisk together all ingredients. Pour over meat in a sealed container in refrigerator. Let meat marinade a minimum of 1 hour, turning once or twice to make sure meat is coated consistently on all sides.

2Grill meat according to your liking. Increase ingredient amounts depending on the amount of meat you are marinading.
