Got this one when I thought I could loose weight and went to weight watchers. Without the rice or pasta this dish is 4 points plus without black beans

    boneless skinless chicken ( i use thighs)
  • 1 lg
    jar of fat free chunky salsa
  • 1 md
    can of black beans rinsed (opt.)

How To Make weight watchers salasa chicken

    Put everything in crockpot. Set on low and let cook for 6-8 hours.

    Serves well with pasta or rice.
