Got this one when I thought I could loose weight and went to weight watchers. Without the rice or pasta this dish is 4 points plus without black beans

1 lgjar of fat free chunky salsa

1 mdcan of black beans rinsed (opt.)
How To Make weight watchers salasa chicken

1Put everything in crockpot. Set on low and let cook for 6-8 hours.

2Serves well with pasta or rice.
