Ingredients For wednesday night chicken

  • 1 c
    saltine cracker crumbs
  • 1 c
    parmigiano-reggiano, grated
  • 1/4 c
    minced onion
  • 3 Tbsp
    chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame seeds
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c
    melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    softened butter
  • 4-6
    boneless chicken breast

How To Make wednesday night chicken

    Mix together first 6 ingredients.
  • 2
    Clean and Pat dry chicken. Dip chicken in melted butter and coat with crumb mixture
  • 3
    Place in casserole (9x13) sprayed with pam or greased.
  • 4
    On each piece of coated chicken place a dab of butter and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour
