Ingredients For tuscan chicken

2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

3-4chicken breast filets

1/4 ccomplete seasoning

3 Tbspbrummel & brown butter

3 clovegarlic chopped finely

1 ccherry tomatoes
-
2 cbaby spinach
-
8 ozheavy cream
-
1shallots
-
1 cparmesan cheese grated
How To Make tuscan chicken

1Heat iron skillet to searing temperature. Cover chicken with complete seasoning and cook on each side for three minutes. Once seared place chicken on cooking sheet and place in a toaster oven at 350 for 30 minutes.

2minutes. In a large skillet place Brummel & Brown in the pan to melt. Once melted add Garlic and let brown slightly to allow the aroma to permeate the air.

3allow the aroma to permeate the air. Then add the cherry.tomatoes, Shallot, cook until tomatoes start to burst. Add spinach and let wilt. Then add basil and parsley

4When thoroughly cooked add the heavy cream and the parmesan cheese cook until cheese is melted.

5Place chicken on a platter and cover with the sauce. Add the left over sauce to a bowl and serve on the side.
