1/2 tsppoultry seasoning

1 tsptony chachere's creole seasoning

2 cbuttermilk

1/4 tsppaprika

1 tspbaking powder

1 tspmaple syrup

1 cplain flour

1/2 tspblack pepper

1 cpeanut oil

1 Tbspsea salt

1/3 cwesson canola oil

2 clovegarlic, crushed

1/2 tspaccent

2 Tbsppeppercorns, crushed
How To Make turkey nuggets

1Cut turkey strips into one inch pieces.

2Combine buttermilk, canola oil, peppercorns, garlic cloves, poultry seasoning, Tony's, accent, sea salt, maple syrup, and paprika into a freezer bag. Squish everything around. Place Turkey strips in freezer bag and marinate overnight.

3Sift dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, together in a shallow bowl.

4Drain excess marinade off the turkey in a colander. Dip in the flour mixture. Heat peanut oil to 350 degrees. Place floured turkey strips in the hot oil and fry 4 - 5 minutes until they are golden brown.
