    crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1 c
    crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 tsp
    ground basil, divided
  • 16 oz
    dry angel hair pasta
  • 2 Tbsp
    avocado oil
  • 1 lb
    Polish sausage, sliced into 1/2-thick pieces
  • 1 lb
    chicken sausage, sliced into 1/2-thick pieces
  • 1 lb
    sweet Italian sausage, sliced into 1/2-thick pieces
  • 3 md
    carrot, chopped
  • 1 md
    purple onion, diced
  • 1 Tbsp
    creole seasoning
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 2 can
    condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp
    ground sage
  • 1 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1 tsp
    ground marjoram
  • 1 tsp
    ground thyme
  • 1 tsp
    seasoned pepper
  • 1/2 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 8 oz
    monterey jack cheese, shredded

How To Make triple sausage casserole

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • 2
    Coat the bottom and sides of a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Add crumbled bacon and blue cheese and 2 teaspoons ground basil; mix well.

    Cook angel hair pasta according to package directions; drain.

    Heat avocado oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add sliced sausages and cook and saute on both sides for 5 minutes until browned.

    Stir in chopped carrots, diced purple onion and creole seasoning and cook again for 2 minutes. Reduce to low heat.

    In a medium bowl, combine the heavy cream, soup, cream cheese, ground sage, cumin, marjoram, thyme, seasoned pepper and remaining ground basil. Whisk together for 4 minutes until blended and smooth.

    Add cooked angel hair pasta and spiced cream sauce over sausage mixture in the saucepan and stir together until combined. Remove from heat.

    Pour into a prepared baking dish evenly. Sprinkle with panko bread crumbs and shredded Monterey jack cheese.

    Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
