1 lbPolish sausage, sliced into 1/2-thick pieces

1 lbchicken sausage, sliced into 1/2-thick pieces

1 lbsweet Italian sausage, sliced into 1/2-thick pieces

3 mdcarrot, chopped
-
1 mdpurple onion, diced
-
1 Tbspcreole seasoning
-
1 cheavy cream
-
2 cancondensed cream of mushroom soup

8 ozcream cheese, softened
-
1 tspground sage
-
1 tspground cumin
-
1 tspground marjoram
-
1 tspground thyme
-
1 tspseasoned pepper
-
1/2 cpanko bread crumbs

8 ozmonterey jack cheese, shredded
How To Make triple sausage casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Coat the bottom and sides of a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Add crumbled bacon and blue cheese and 2 teaspoons ground basil; mix well.

3Cook angel hair pasta according to package directions; drain.

4Heat avocado oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add sliced sausages and cook and saute on both sides for 5 minutes until browned.

5Stir in chopped carrots, diced purple onion and creole seasoning and cook again for 2 minutes. Reduce to low heat.

6In a medium bowl, combine the heavy cream, soup, cream cheese, ground sage, cumin, marjoram, thyme, seasoned pepper and remaining ground basil. Whisk together for 4 minutes until blended and smooth.

7Add cooked angel hair pasta and spiced cream sauce over sausage mixture in the saucepan and stir together until combined. Remove from heat.

8Pour into a prepared baking dish evenly. Sprinkle with panko bread crumbs and shredded Monterey jack cheese.

9Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
