Ingredients For three-cheese chicken and noodles

  • 3 c
    chopped, cooked chicken
  • 1-1/2 c
    cottage cheese
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1
    8 oz. pkg wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 c
    grated monterey jack cheese
  • 1/2 c
    diced celery
  • 1/2 c
    diced onion
  • 1/2 c
    each, red and green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c
    chicken broth
  • 1 can
    (4 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried thyme leaves

How To Make three-cheese chicken and noodles

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Stir to coat evenly. Cover; cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or in HIGH for 3-4 hours.
