2 clovegarlic minced

4 ozboneless skinless chicken breast thinly sliced

6 ozrice sticks

6 ozbroccoli florets

1 bunchscallions thinly chopped

2 lgeggs beaten
- SAUCE

4 Tbspsweet soy sauce

2 Tbspeach fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar

fresh cilantro for garnish
How To Make thai stir fried noodle (pad see ew)

1Cook rice sticks according to directions. Drain and set aside.

2Mix all ingredients for sauce together and set aside.

3Heat your wok or skillet over high heat. Add the garlic and stir fry 30 seconds. Add the chicken and cook until it changes color add the broccoli and green onions. Cook until softened. Make a well in center and add the eggs cook one minute. Add the noodles and sauce. Cook until warmed through. Serve topped with cilantro for garnish
