Ingredients For thai stir fried noodle (pad see ew)

  • 2 Tbsp
    oil
  • 2 clove
    garlic minced
  • 4 oz
    boneless skinless chicken breast thinly sliced
  • 6 oz
    rice sticks
  • 6 oz
    broccoli florets
  • 1 bunch
    scallions thinly chopped
  • 2 lg
    eggs beaten
  • SAUCE
  • 4 Tbsp
    sweet soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    each fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar
  • fresh cilantro for garnish

How To Make thai stir fried noodle (pad see ew)

    Cook rice sticks according to directions. Drain and set aside.

    Mix all ingredients for sauce together and set aside.

    Heat your wok or skillet over high heat. Add the garlic and stir fry 30 seconds. Add the chicken and cook until it changes color add the broccoli and green onions. Cook until softened. Make a well in center and add the eggs cook one minute. Add the noodles and sauce. Cook until warmed through. Serve topped with cilantro for garnish
