Ingredients For teriyaki chicken thighs

  • 6
    bone in chicken thighs
  • 2 stalk
    scallions cut on the bias
  • 1 c
    each mirin, sugar, dark soy sauce

How To Make teriyaki chicken thighs

    In a small saucepan add the Mirin, sugar, and dark soy sauce and heat until sugar has dissolved. Let cool
  • 2
    Place the chicken in a container and pour the sauce over the chicken, Let marinate 1 hour to overnight.

    Preheat oven 350 degrees. Place chicken in baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes until juices are clear. Garnish with scallions
