2green parts of scallion, chopped

How To Make teriyaki chicken sushi bowl

1Mix the ingredients for the marinade together. Cut the chicken into cubes. Place the chicken in the marinade and marinate for at least 4 hours.

2Remove the chicken from the marinade and place in a pan. Cook, brushing with the marinade, about 6 to 10 minutes.

3Place 1 cup of sushi rice onto each plate. Top with the chicken, scallion, cucumber, mayo, sweet chili sauce, and furikake.
