1-1/2 lbchicken breasts, boneless and skinless-cut into bite sized pieces

1 Tbspsesame oil

1onion-chopped

2 Tbspsoy sauce

2celery stalks,chopped

2 lgcarrots,diced

1 cfrozen peas

6 ccooked white rice

1/2 csoy sauce

2 lgeggs

1/2 ccashews, unsalted
How To Make tasty chinese chicken fried rice

1Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and saute until soft, then add chicken and 2 tablespoons soy sauce and stir-fry for 5 to 6 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

2Stir in carrots, celery,peas and cashews for another 5 min.Then add rice nd stir thoroughly. Finally, stir in raw,scrambled eggs and 1/3 cup soy sauce. Heat through and serve hot.
