These are so yummy. My husband Introduced them to me and I changed the normal recipe and made them my own. Originally these are rolled in bread crumbs and the baked without the cheese but i like them much better this way. The mixture can be saved and reused later if you have any left over or just use more biscuits... basically you can make as little or as many of them as you want.

Ingredients For tasha's cheesy chicken bombs

  • 2 lb
    boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 pkg
    8oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz
    shredded cheese ( your choice)
  • 2 can
    refrigerated biscuits
  • seasonings of your choice ( i prefer lemon pepper mrs dash)
  • oil to cook in

How To Make tasha's cheesy chicken bombs

    Cook Chicken with your seasonings

    Once done chop in fine pieces or you can pull apart with your hands

    Place in bowl and mix with cream cheese ( You may want to add just one 8 oz pack first and mix well see if you like the consistency of it if it seems dry add the other pack i like mine with alot tho so i add both

    Add shredded cheese and mix well set aside

    Roll biscuits out with a cup stuff with mixture and then fold over and seal edges

    Place in oil till nice and golden brown and biscuits are done
