Ingredients For tarragon chicken

3bone in chicken breasts

1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
1/2 cwhite wine
-
2 chalf & half
-
2 Tbspall purpose flour
-
2 Tbspbutter
-
1/2 cfinely diced onion
-
1 Tbspfresh tarragon or 1 tsp. dried tarragon

1/8 tsppepper
-
hot cooked rice, noodles or potatoes.
How To Make tarragon chicken

1Place chicken on a rack over a foil lined pan; Sprinkle with salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper.

2bake at 350 for 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Remove to serving platter and keep warm.

3Drain drippings into a pan.

4Melt 2 Tbsp. butter in sauce pan with drippings, add onions and sautee until soft.

5Add in 2 Tbsp. flour, mix well with a wire whisk.

6Mix cream and white wine and taragon together and pour into pan.

7Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture is thickened and bubbly.

8Serve with rice, noodles or potatoes.
