Ingredients For tangy ranch chicken

  • 1 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 2/3 c
    low-fat creamy ranch dressing
  • 1/3 c
    french's yellow mustard
  • 3 Tbsp
    packed light brown sugar
  • 4
    boneless, skinless chicken breasts.

How To Make tangy ranch chicken

    In bowl, mix dressing, mustard and brown sugar. Mix well and reserve.

    Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Add chicken. Cook until browned on both sides, about 10 mins.

    Stir sauce into skillet. Cook and stir until chicken is cooked through and glazed, about 5 mins.
