tangy citrus chicken

This tangy chicken dish is so yummy and very quick to fix on those days you are too tired or have too little time to cook much. The beauty of the dish is that you can use any citrus you want to flavor it! If you don't even have a few minutes to cook it, just prepare it in the slowcooker and let it cook itself on low for 4 or 5 hours. I usually serve it with yellow rice or potato salad or sometimes just with a green salad! It is a great dish to prepare on Sunday morning in the slowcooker so you have dinner almost completed when you get home! Please enjoy!
