juice of 1/2 lime

How To Make tangy chicken wings

1Place chicken wings in a bowl and cover with water. Mix in the baking soda and let sit 10 minutes. Drain and dry, than season with salt and pepper.

2Add the butter to a skillet and brown the chicken on both sides until golden. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the wings. Cook with lid on for 10 more minutes.

3Garnish with parsley.
