Ingredients For tangy chicken wings

  • 12
    chicken wings, separated and tips discarded
  • water
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking soda
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/4 c
    ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp
    mustard
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp
    honey
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • parsley, for garnish

How To Make tangy chicken wings

  • 1
    Place chicken wings in a bowl and cover with water. Mix in the baking soda and let sit 10 minutes. Drain and dry, than season with salt and pepper.

    Add the butter to a skillet and brown the chicken on both sides until golden. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the wings. Cook with lid on for 10 more minutes.

    Garnish with parsley.
