Ingredients For tandoori chicken

  • 6
    boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 c
    plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp
    each salt, garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger, paprika, turmeric, & garam masala
  • 1 tsp
    each yellow & red food coloring. optional
  • 1
    lemon juiced

How To Make tandoori chicken

  • 1
    Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Let marinate at least 8 hours or overnight. Remove most of the marinate before cooking.

    Grill or bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
