Ingredients For taco soup

  • 4 qt
    chicken stock or water
  • 3 lb
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, chopped
  • 2 lb
    mixed vegetables, frozen
  • 3 can
    black beans, seasoned, canned
  • 1 can
    tomatoes, canned diced, with green chiles
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix, spicy or mild
  • colby jack cheese
  • tortilla chips

How To Make taco soup

  • 1
    Mix first six ingredients and let simmer for an hour
  • 2
    Top with cheese and serve with tortilla chips.
