Ingredients For taco chicken

1-2 Wholeboneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/2 cflour

1 Tbspchili powder

1/4 tspgarlic powder

1/4 tsponion powder

1/4 tspcrushed red pepper flakes

1/4 tsporegano
-
1/2 tsppaprika
-
1 1/2 tspground cumin
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 tspblack pepper

2eggs
-
2 Tbspmilk
How To Make taco chicken

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut the chicken into strips 2-3 inches wide like chicken tenders.

2In a one gallon zip bag, combine flour, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, oregano, paprika, ground cumin, salt, and pepper.In a medium sized bowl, beat the eggs with the milk.

3Dip two pieces at a time in the egg mixture, then shake them in the flour mixtures to coat. Place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil that you sprayed with cooking spray or lightly greased.

4Bake for about 8 minutes, then turn each piece over and bake for about another 8 minutes or until done.
