1/2 capple juice

3 Tbspbrown sugar

2 Tbspred wine vinegar

2 tspcornstarch

2 tspsoy sauce

1 Tbspvegetable oil

2 clovegarlic minced

1 mdcarrot julienned

3green onions chopped

1 lbchicken livers and hearts chopped

1 mdapple peeled seeded and chopped
How To Make sweet & sour chicken livers & hearts

1Stir the apple juice, brown sugar, red wine vinegar, cornstarch and soy sauce. Set aside.

2Add the oil to a wok or skillet. Add the garlic and stir fry 30 seconds. Add the carrots and green onions and stir fry 1 minute. Add the chicken livers and hearts and stir fry 4 minutes.

3Pour in the sauce and cook until thickened and bubbly. Stir in the apple and cook 1 more minute. Serve over rice.
