Ingredients For sweet & sour chicken
- CHICKEN

1 ccornstarch

1/4 ccanola oil

4chicken breasts, cut

3eggs
-
salt and pepper to taste
- SAUCE

1 csugar
-
1/4 cwhite venigar
-
1/4 capple cider vinegar
-
4 Tbspketchup
-
1 Tbspgarlic salt

1 Tbspsoy sauce, low sodium
How To Make sweet & sour chicken

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

2Place cornstarch and beaten eggs in separate bowls. Dip chicken into cornstarch then coat in egg mixture.

3Heat canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until browned. Place the chicken in a 9 x 13 greased baking dish.

4In a medium sized mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, ketchup, vinegars, soy sauce and garlic salt. Pour over chicken and bake for one hour.
