sweet chicken/pork meatloaf

I have made this several times, and it does not fail it gets eatin as quickly as it comes out.

Ingredients For sweet chicken/pork meatloaf

  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1 pkg
    lipton onion/mushroom soup
  • 2/3 c
    milk
  • 2 lb
    ground pork, chicken, or beef (i recommend 1 lb. chicken and 1 lb. pork)
  • 3 Tbsp
    brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 3 Tbsp
    ketcup

How To Make sweet chicken/pork meatloaf

    (Preheat oven to 350) Take your 2 lbs. meat, 1 egg, 2/3 cup milk, and Lipton soup package; and combine them all together into a bowl (usually a medium size bowl will work).

    Take the mixture above and pack it into a "meatloaf"/"bread" pan. Make sure it is a tight pack.

    Then take the 3 tbsp. brown sugar (lightly packed) and 3 tbsp. ketcup, and mix them together. Pour and spread over the top of your uncooked meatloaf; then place all in the oven and cook for 1 hour.

    Take out in 1 hour, let cool for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
