While there is nothing wrong with traditional buffalo style wings, I enjoy a change of pace from time to time. This recipe certainly fits the bill and is easy to customize with heat and sweet as your pallet desires. Serve with your favorite grilled side to keep your kitchen clean.

Ingredients For sweet and spicy thai wings

4-5 lbchicken wings
- MARINADE

1/4 csoy sauce

1/2 csesame oil

1/4 csesame seeds

1/2 choney
-
1 Tbspginger, fresh grated

1/2 mdonion, minced
-
1/4 cchili garlic paste
-
1/2 crice wine vinegar
-
3limes, juiced
-
1/2 corange juice
-
1 tspwhite pepper
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 Tbspallspice, ground
-
2 Tbspchinese five spice powder
-
1 bunchcilantro, chopped (reserve half for garnish)
How To Make sweet and spicy thai wings

1Combine marinade ingredients and pour mixture over chicken. Marinade for at least 2 hours and up to 12.

2Preheat grill with a hot and cooler side and place wings on hot side first, turning occasionally until lightly brown...retain marinade.

3With remaining marinade, baste wings occasionally until crisp and done through. Remove from grill.

4Reduce remaining marinade in saucepan until thick.

5Toss wings in sauce in large bowl to coat.

6Transfer to serving dish and garnish with remaining cilantro.
