1 mdgreen pepper, cut into chunks

1 lgonion, cut into wedges

1 to 2 Tbspvegetable oil

1 can14oz. can chicken broth

1/4 ccider vinegar

1 Tbspsoy sauce

1 can8oz. pineapple chunks

2 to 3 Tbspcornstarch

2 1/2 cfrozen chicken nuggets, thawed

hot cooked rice

1/2 cpancake syrup
How To Make sweet and sour chicken nuggets

1In a skillet, heat oil to medium heat and saute green pepper and onion until crisp tender. Remove and keep warm. Add broth, pancake syrup, vinegar, and soy sauce to the skillet; bring to a boil.

2Drain the pineapple, reserving the juice and set pineapple aside. Combine cornstarch and the reserved juice and blend until smooth. Gradually add to broth mixture.

3Bring to a boil and cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Add chicken nuggets and cook 2 minutes. Stir in the pineapple and sauteed vegetables and heat through. Serve over rice. 4 servings.
