Ingredients For super easy chicken pot pie

  • 4 can
    13 oz each of chunk chicken breast in water - drained
  • 1 pkg
    16 oz of frozen mixed vegetables - thawed and drained
  • 4 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tube
    refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/2
    medium sized onion - finely diced

How To Make super easy chicken pot pie

  • 1
    Heat oven to 350 degrees. In saucepan, stir together soup, vegetables, onion and chicken. Heat to boiling stirring occasionally. Spoon into ungreased glass baking dish.

    Arrange biscuits over hot chicken mixture.

    Bake uncoverd until biscuits are a light golden brown.

    *HINT* You can take away 1 can of cream of chicken soup depending on your taste. Doing this will give you a thicker mixture.
