6chicken filets, trimmed

2 clovegarlic, minced

2 Tbspsoy sauce

1 Tbsphoney

1 Tbspfive-spice powder

How To Make sticky chicken

1Place chicken into a ceramic dish in a single layer. Combine soy sauce, honey, garlic and five-spice powder. Pour over chicken. Turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

2Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Meanwhile, heat a frying pan over high heat. Add peanut oil. In frying pan, cook chicken, in batches, for 1 minute each side or until golden.

3Transfer to a baking tray. Brush with marinade. Bake for 5 minutes or until just cooked through.

4Brush on sweet chili sauce. Return to oven for 2 more minutes.
