My husband loves these, so I made some last night. All 3 lbs of the chicken was gone in no time, between the two of us. They're sticky, sweet and just plain yummy:)

Ingredients For sticky baked wings

  • 3 lb
    chicken wings, rinsed, patted dry
  • 2 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 1/2 c
    reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    ketchup
  • 1 c
    honey
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make sticky baked wings

  • 1
    Heat oven to 375. Spray a 9 x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray to reduce chicken from sticking to the pan. Sprinkle wings w/ a little salt and pepper.

    In bowl, mix together oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic and a little salt & pepper.

    Place chicken wings in pan, pour mix over wings. Bake 1 hr.
