A friend of mine sent me a magazine from a store she goes to and this sauce recipe caught my eye and we just had to try it. I think it would be great on chicken wings also.

Ingredients For sriracha ribs

  • 1/2 c
    ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp
    aji-mirin sweet rice wine
  • 3 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1 Tbsp
    sriracha hot sauce--or to taste
  • 1 tsp
    ginger-minced
  • 1 tsp
    garlic-minced

How To Make sriracha ribs

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients together and use to baste baby back ribs or chicken wings during the last 15 minutes of grilling time.
